how long does grilled chicken keep in the fridge?

i want to know how long chicken lasts for, so that i don't have to cook as much. ideally no more than 2times per week.
How does long does white rice last for also?

chicken breasts will easily last half a week, there are some people who cook all of their food on Sunday for the whole week.

white rice.. I don't know?

if kept refrigerated at proper temperature then heated correctly back to proper temp then you should be good for a week, probably longer with the rice....

on average, you could keep your cooked food in the fridge for at least 7 days easily if you take care and properly seal them in containers. I usually cook for a week at a time myself and i've have no problems at all. if i found i cooked too much, i package the cooked food and put it in the freezer which is good for at least 3 months.

rice for the most part will last a week in the fridge, though at the end of 7 days the rice tastes a little bland for me, i have a rice cooker at home so it does the job nicely usually under 5 minutes for 2 cups of steamed rice
