How long do you stay sore while "On"

Say after a gut wrenching Leg day, how many days until your soreness is gone completely, and what body parts are never sore after your workouts?

Theres always a slight sorness no matter if your on or not...just not as bad as when your off...but i have found for myself when on..usually a day or so..

I'm usually sore after most workouts, the soreness really depends on how hard my workout was and how much sleep I'm getting. You'll be sore for 1-3 days in general, it's going to vary on muscle groups and training regiment.

but for me, as well as many others, the soreness is drastically reduced when "on"
 
im sore after every workout. years of learning how to get "intensity" in a short epriod of time...48 hrs is normal for me, even while "on"....
 
I had a friend teach me once that if you train calves after quads it pulls that lactic acid from the quads. After knee pains I couldn't train legs for about 6 months. You all know how the first leg wourkout in a long time can go. I thought then my calves would then get all the soarness. I was wrong, after hitting legs harder than ever I was not very soar at all. A lot of people don't agree with the idea but it works for me.
