How long do you mass for

Just wondering when you guys go on mass building diets how long to you stay on before cutting up??? And do you keep up some cardio when trying to pack on mass?
 
I stay on untill I can't stand the excess fat gain.

I do cardio once in a while while bulking otherwise its hard for me to ever get started again.
 
I agree. I stay on until I get too fucking fat and then I diet. Every once in a while, I will drop my carbs drastically for a week just to lose the bloat and water retention. Plus, I figure you can lose a pound or two in a week and that only facilitates growing for longer before you get too fat.
 
I have been doing two week cycles that seem to be working well. I bulk for two weeks, maintenance for two weeks then diet for two weeks then repeat. My weight fluctuates quite a bit but I'm gaining quality muscle and becoming progressively leaner with each cycle.
 
Always do cardio, even when I'm bulking. Gotta keep the heart in shape. If that goes there won't be anymore BB. Doesn't have to be high intensity, can be low intensit for longer duration a few times per week.
