I've been doing single factor about 9 weeks. How long does one do single factor? I was under the impression that you keep doing it until you stop progressing? I've hit about 275-280 pound bench from 240-245, but I figure most of it is probably from the OT I've been on. Deads, Military Press everything is up except my Squat is kind of lagging a little bit. Up about 11 pounds. If I hit a roadblock during PCT and after, should I just drop the weights a bunch and work up again?
