Are you all in a hurry? Did someone tell you lifting for more than an hour would make you go blind? I don't get it.

Well during the winter i can say i dont wanna leave the gym sometimes and i do tend to stay longer in the winter....Summers here chicks out with Daisy Dukes on tough to be in there......:Pauly:

There's a fair amount of evidence that Test and GH spike from anaerobic ex. occurs in about 1 hour of lifting and then begins to drop down.

Still, I don't need too much more time. Take back day (probably the longest).

Deads - 4 work sets
Power Cleans - 5 work sets - basically technique work if after deads
Bent Rows - 4 work sets
Pullups - 3 sets to failure
Curls for Girls - 5 sets

This takes a bit over an hour with warm ups and enough time between sets for me to recover. The workout varies a lot as I often throw cleans to a separate day for heavier lifting but this is as long as it ever gets and I don't have much trouble finishing in just over an hour. I can't see doing anything more (less is probably better with more workout frequency for volume). Maybe add another set or two of some bicept exercise but that's insignificant. If your back needs more than this you are not human.
 
Usually an hour unless I'm training with a partner that day then its about 2. But the other hour is mostly wasteing time talking.
