How long do u work out for???

Depends on the lifts. If I am doing cleans with squats on the same day I run long. Chest day - I'm done fast.

I shoot for 1 hour. 15 minutes either way is fine with me. Not including cardio.
 
in the off season I'm in there about 1 hour. During contest prep. with cardio and everything I'll end up in there for about 2 hours.
 
?? I guess I win this one, or lose. I am 2 hours, cardio makes it more but is only racketball twice a week... great game.

Why so short? How many different exercises per body part? How many sets? Do you lift with a partner?

Anyone can answer these for me.

Are you all in a hurry? Did someone tell you lifting for more than an hour would make you go blind? I don't get it.
