How long between cycles ???

I'm coming off a 10wk @ 400mg/wk deca cycle with a 4 weeks of var in there and I want to go onto another cycle that is very similar but using equipoise instead of the deca. How long should I give my body, in normal mode, before I start pumping gear into it again? Because of deca's long half life should I be waiting a long time or how do I know?

thx, sec

Deca has an exremely long half-live, it can be detected even after an year or so of using it. Anyways, as to how long a break you need before next cycle....well, you will get alot of answers saying 'time off = time on' which I say is crap so my answer would be take a very long break and get blood tests done to make sure things are normal again before starting another cycle.

When using longer lasting esters I only do two ten weekers a year. I start six months to the day after the first one. That way I have equal time on/off.
Good Luck
*Hope your PCT is in place!

20 weeks and your aloowed back on....

LOL

Anyway, yes deca can be detected in the body for over a year, but that doesn't mean that it's still effecting your system. For example if you smoke weed, it can be detected for up to a month. But that doesn't mean that you stay high the entire month. (btw, I don't smoke weed)

8 weeks seams to be the minimum, but the real answer to when you can go back on is when your bloodwork says you can go back on.

Can you safely go to a doctor and ask for bloodwork to be done? How does that work?
I can't imagine that you can go in to a doctor's office and ask if all of the steroids have cleared your system.

Of course you can go into a doctor and ask for a Bloodtest for Steroid effects. Remember that steroids are highly effective medical products. Medical products and their effects are something which your doctor would be an expert on. Just go in and tell him you want to be bloodtested to ensure you are okay. Tell him you are a bodybuilder and what cycle of Roids you used. Doctors the world over know that many Bodybuilders use Roids. Put it this way, if you weren't okay the Doc would want to find out straight away. How can he find out if your okay or not...with a blood test.

I've had the same doctor since I was 6 yrs old, so I really don't have a
problem discussing things like this with him. However, if you don't have that
kind of relationship with your doctor, there are several places that you can find on the internet who will do it. I've never had to use them, so I don't know the process, but they do exist.

I'm new to the area and starting from scratch with a new doc. I was just curious if anyone had been busted that way. Or even if a doctor wouldn't look at you as if you were crazy if asked him to test you for roid levels in your system. I'll research the internet deal. Sounds interesting...
