How long before I see a difference?

Since I joined this forum (about a week) I have changed my eating habits a lot. Here's a sample of what I eat:

Breakfast:
8:30
1/4 cup plain oatmeal and water with two small slices of apple
Protein shake with 1/2 cup of skim milk, water and two strawberries
(sometimes instead of the shake I have egg substitute)

10:30
2 tblsp peanut butter, 7 triscuits or 3oz chicken breasts and 1/2 of a small sweet potato

1:30
1 cup turkey chili or second meal from above or protein bar

4:30
1/2 cup pistachios or 1/2 cup FF yogurt and 1 tblsp peanut butter

6:30
Protein shake with 2 strawberries and water

8:00
8 oz chicken breasts, 1/2 sweet potato or 1/2 cup brown rice and broccoli with spinach leaves and 5 cherry tomatoes

10:00 1 tblsp peanut butter or 1 cup popcorn

I do HIIT cardio for 30 minutes three times a week and weight train heavy three times a week.

How long will it normally take before I will see fat starting to come off my midsection. (This is my only problem area) I'm willing to wait but I just want some idea of when I will begin to see a difference. Also, is this a pretty good diet for burning fat?
 
All of my project ladies dropped at least 1% BF in the first and EACH subsequent week
 
You got to remember everyone's body is different. It may take your body up to 3 weeks to adjust.
 
Also you can't spot reduce.

If we could take a magic wand and lose fromwhere we wanted.. we would all be millionairres :)

Not sure of your starting point or the shape you started in... but what the two above said is correct..

Your drinking more than one glass of water a day right:)

I just want to say that you and Daisy inspire me to reach my fitness goals. You are a very disciplined and determined individual. Your hard work is definately paying off for you.
 
You will see results in exactly 38.2453384 days..... LOL

Give it some time....
 
Well....yeah...you can spot reduce...its why Yohimburn works so well

I drink between 100 and 120 oz of water everyday. I know I can't spot reduce but my midsection seems to be the only section that has noticeable extra fat so when I do start to burn fat I know I'll se it there. I'm still trying to get the nerve to post pics. I think I'll do that tonight.
 
You will probably first start feeling "better" (more energetic, sleep better, etc.) as your body adjusts to the refueling and the clean diet. Then probably some initial water weight loss and then the fat burning starts. Say 3 weeks, assuming you are tight and consistently following the diet & training (don't forget a cheat meal in there/ week!) you should start to notice the leaning out where you carry less bodyfat concentration, e.g. upper body. Then the legs, stomach, waist, where you carry higher bodyfat concentration.
 
Shadow is correct the Yohiburn ES works great on the mid section.

If you can pick some up from the AF store

Awww thank you sweetheart, I'm glad I could inspire you...:)

You'll reach your goals, just stick with us (EF), keep your diet clean, train hard, sleep well, and be PATIENT...:rose:

I know how u feel!! everybody wants immediate results...Most of all..ME!! :rolleyes: Hang in there....just the feeling better.. alone...is worth it!
