what Would you say is a minimum time to train naturally before gear? I just started lifting again about a month ago (before you go flaming my ass for my newbieness I have trained for over a year two different times and added some good weight naturally) I can put on about twenty pounds and seem to plateau. Of course I'm eager to juice but I don't want to hurt myself. Also anyone out there ever said "I'm only doin ONE cycle" and stuck to it?
