How long b4 u start 2 c some results

500mg test eq500mg 2time a week. ......4 day a week weights 2days cardio. Im on my 1st week. Im just curiouse.

You should start to see gains in the end of the 3rd to 4th week. To obtain new muscle gains, it takes time to increase your cells and androgen receptors, and noticable hypertrophy to happen, you may notice water retention before this point, but that has nothing to do with the actual muscles, and more to do with the steroids effects on your kidneys by way of retention of electrolytes. Muscle gains don't happen overnight.
 
in your case you won't see any gains... you've already posted 2 threads and were advised by vets to hold off until you got your diet and training down pat. i guess you are gonna do it no matter what. just a waste of gear.

you are a good 50 pounds overweight and you posted that you weren't sure how often you should workout. these are things that should be addressed BEFORE 'cycling'

so again, you come here for advise... and I will advise you again to stop your cycle and get in better shape. your body fat is around 25% based on your stats and training history... you can kill yourself running steroids being that fat. I would be a hypocrite if i recommended anything otherwise. so please STOP what you are doing.
 
I appreciate ur concern steve. But once my mind is set on doing something im gonna do it. And iv had some good results. Going natural. But i want a lil boost. Im not looking 4 much. This is gonna b my 1st and last cycle. Im just looking 4 a lil boost.

You need to change that mentality, Youre gambling with your life here. Being overweight you put enough stress on your organs, steroids will only put on more. If your making good gains naturally steroids will do nothing for you anyways, they'll probably ruin it.

Serious? I'm only just finished second week of test e and if I go for a bike ride the pump in my quads gets so intense i have to stop and stretch so I can continue.
Decent vascularity and overall good feeling after 2 weeks :S is it placebo? If so, sweet :)

fair enough, but you aren't gonna get much sympathy on this forum with that attitude. 95% of us bust our ass in the gym, eat a clean diet. we are in this for the long haul. many of us are on 8th, 9th cycles. we've been in this game for more than half our lives. its more than a hobby, its a lifestyle.

if you are just looking to run a cycle and then quit then i really don't see the purpose. i wish you would commit yourself to this sport and take it seriously cause it really is an awesome lifestyle.

I would be happy to help you with your diet if you are willing to LISTEN and follow what i say. half ass dieting will give you half ass results.. remember that

Hearing Stuff like this inspires me to put that bit extra every time and keep on track, whether it's workout or diet :)
 
you cannot built a house without bricks...

Meaning you need building blocks to build more muscle, and even faster when on steroids to get the wanted results. So improve your diet and dont waste your money
 
funny how many times ive heard the first and last time story. and how many people are looking for that quick fix. its a lifestyle change t stay in shape. that simple
