If I have a hair transplant how long should I wait before starting my
next cycle?

Well it depends on the procedure that was adopted by your doctor or dermatologist. Usually after transplant your cosmetic surgeon guide you in this regard and suggest a prescription.

cuz u will lose soon or later you old existing hair .
transplanted one will stay there no doubt. but imagine you self with nice strong hair line with u have transplanted and after several years u lose everything behind...

Yes you are correct . English is not my 1st Language.
but lets not get there ,
more important is I am working for good few years in Hair transplant industry .
and from my own experience i would recorded hard or any gear cycling. if they want to keep existing hair in place .
what would happen now imagine Patient have done hair line and in x years he will lose everything behind that.
is that what you want?
spending large money and later be still disappointed .
If you taking a Propecia (finasteride) then maybe I would consider cycle otherwise no point
