How long after D N P until thyroid normalizes

Any ideas?

I wanna start long-term dieting after a few days of DNP use but I want to let my thyroid recover.

I've never heard of t-3 going UP after dnp use..

i don't think the thyroid is the problem i think the lt4 gets destroyed by the heat and can't convert to lt3

5-6 days after the last dose t-4 to t-3 conversion should resume
