How long after abcess is injecting ok ?

Wait until it heals completely. Depending on how bad it is it could take a little while to dissipate.i had one once, and it took several weeks to go away. I didn't use that site until the next cycle to be safe.

Good advise right there, many years ago I pinned my quad after a sterile abscess, 24 hours later felt like I got shot with a harpoon. If it feels like it's completely healed wait another week or two to be sure
