Its been a couple of week since i finished my cycle of test e and sus, should i of started pct? And wats best to use? Also wat happens if i dont??

Done the same thing and do not recommend it at all! Was a noobs mistake a while ago, now I keep all ancillaries on hand, definanetly aint worth the feelin like shit, cnt be arsed gettin outa bed constantly tired and fallin asleep, hit the clomid and natural test booster keep the diet big and sort ur trainini

First of all you should always be prepared for your PCT before-hand and secondly you've finished your cycle for a couple weeks and you think of asking this question NOW?! Wtf
You must wait after completing your cycle and PCT for a good amount of time before starting another cycle. This is for your body to be at homeostasis for a length of time, to give your body a break by letting things like lipids and liver enzymes return to normal, and letting your androgen receptors up regulate their sensitivity again.
The general rule of thumb is time on and PCT equals the amount of time off before starting again.

Hey Rick does that rule apply if u didn't fully recover on the first pct?
For instance if u finished a 10week cycle and completed 4 week pct, got bloods and hadn't recovered then ran another pct 4weeks later and recovered after the second run. Would u go 10+8 or still 10+4? And also would u start another cycle if u had been off the required time but were only 80% of ur pre cycle T levels?
anyone that has read this ridiculous post, do yourself a favor and disregard it! these numbers are completely wrong and innaccurate and SHOULD NOT BE FOLLOWED...

you shoulda had this sorted way before you started buddy and beginning another cycle is very stupid especially with the level of knowledge youve shown in this thread, run pct recover and then read and plan your next cycle.
