How Late Is Too Late To Workout?

Basically I cannot usually work out on Saturday and Sunday because I work both days until about 4-5. After that the gym is closed. On Thurs and Fri (2 of the 4 days I work out), I have off. So getting to the gym at a decent time isn't a problem. My problem is with Mon and Tues. I work 2-10. Now a lot of times getting to the gym isn't a problem in the morning. But sometimes I cannot get up early enough. Or sometimes I'm sick due to my IBS. Or sometimes things just pop up. Now, the gym is open 24 hours Monday-Fri. So I'd be able to get to the gym around 10-10:30. I'd be done around 11-11:30. And I'd probably sleep around 1:30.

Is that too late? Of course every time I can get to the gym in the morning, I do. Going that late is just in case. Wouldn't happen too often. But what do you guys think?
 
i would say if your getting enough rest/sleep it would be fine, as long has your not dead tried after work everythings good. Maybe try a supplment to get you engergized before a workout, just to give you that extra energy at the end up the day.
 
Yeah agree with above, except not sure whether a stim would be sensible if u plan to go to bed afterwards. This I guess depends on whether it disrupts ur ability to sleep
 
I will say whatever time you have available to workout just do it. I bet if you finish some of your workouts with squats and deadlifts by the time you are done you will be ready to eat and fall asleep!
