Most places are going to classify them under CIII type drugs. If you are really wanting to find all the answers to your questions, pick up a copy of "Legal Muscle" by Rick Collins. He will tell you everything you need to know, especially if you get caught. This book is absolutely invaluable.

Honestly i think it really depends where u live..

Like for example i think if u got cought in say upstate NY or some corny place like that ur not gonna get the same treatment then if u got busted in nyc..

I know when i was younger i got cought in oil city pa for the dumbest thing and had to spend 2 weeks up there and spend more the 3 gs on that case.
And then ive been arrested in nyc for maybe 1 pound of weed and got 160 hours of community service and some fines..

I could only imagine what they would have gave me up in pa for that, forget it id still be up there...

I think if you got caught in any bumblef**k area with that much weed you would still be there today. my buddies got arrested for selling cups at a college keg party a few years back and spent nearly as many hours as you in community service in upstate ny
