How I look at my AAS use........

I look at it as a last minute brush up

I am an endo and pretty big already ( with develped muscle btw)

then I will just hit it for 8 weeks and get really cut, I do this after training balls out for about 8-12 weeks then hit it for 8 more weeks to break though then give my self another 8 weeks to consolidate gains and maybe start again that incudes the preliminary 12 weeks of balls out training naturally :)


(Naturally) first 12 weeks once a day training, cardio 3 times a week at most, protien intake 1.5 grams per pound of body weight


(ON) Break though time 8 weeks twice a day training one cardio one lifting, cardo about 6 times per week , protien intake about 3 grams per pound of body weight


(PCT) consolidate time, take 10 FULL DAYS OFF, load up on Creatine 30 grams a day, and take Glutamine Pep, just take it easy.......


next 4 weeks finish off with PCT and do once a day training, cardio 3 times a week at most, protien intake 1.5 grams per pound of body weight

next 8 weeks do the same and enjoy :coffee:
 
You are a machine if you can eat 3 grams of protein/pound of bodyweight.

not really :)

I own a powder that has about 30 grams of protien per huge table spoon :)

plus at night I will eat a baked chicken (the whole thing) works out fine.........

not sure I just follow the protien guide line, and go by feel till things noramalize


I don't think of the whole process linearley



pre cycle ( ball out training)

cycle ( balls out training, plus double the cardio and protien intake)

post cycle ( coast for about 6 weeks and train sub maximal, but enough to keep muscle)

maintenace ( hard training and regular)

then commence again

I guess thats alittle more pheseable. Still seems excessive. But hell, if I could afford to eat 5-600 grams of protien daily. I would. :)
