I used to LOATH doing cardio. I mean I hated it. I felt like a rat on a treadmill in some mad scientist's lab. But I knew I had to add it to my routine so I could see my abs by May by getting to 6% body fat. Cardio I have heard is the only way besides dnp to lose that last 4% of body fat.
So I first did it to about 14 minutes walking fast 3 and then jogging to 2 until it said 14 minutes and I got to quit. I HATED it the whole time. I couldn't wait to get off that piece of crap machine.
Then after two weeks I hit a new stride and a new way of thinking. I started looking at cardio like I do my weightlifting. And how I do that is looking at the weight on the bar or the dumbbells and say to myself I am going to beat you. So I though why not do that for the rat mill. So I just went for it running the whole 18 minutes(which is not alot but it is alot for me for now). The whole time saying to myself I am going to do it I am going to beat this moving contraption no matter what. And at the end I felt good that I beat it. And next time I am going to beat it for 22 minutes and keep adding four until I hit 40 running.
Anyway I thought I would share that with some of ya'll in case you hate cardio as much as me.
