How high can I increase my Clen?

I wouldn't go any higher than 160 mcg per day. Any higher than that is overkill.

I would keep the dose at 120 mcg for 5 more days and taper off the last two...

And thats only if you aren't experiencing sides...

If the sides get bad...drop back the # of mcg....

Taurine and Potassium will help with any cramps.

I go 200mcg's per day and i do not taper down,i just use something like trex or lipo-6 when i stop the clen.

i'm doing the taurine and potassium but no alcar.

Is there a substitute for Alcar at the pharmacies?...it's just I don't trust the Thailand mail, most of my shit coming in always gets stolen if I order from AF.

Isn't tapering off not neccessary because of Clen's long half life?
