I think my genetics are fucking ownage for weight lifting. I pack on muscle faster than most people, and retain that muscle while dieting. I can eat all day and not gain any weight, and I am one of those few gifted people who abs are slender. Not the wide-ass rectangular looking six packs. Out of 10 I would rate my genetics a 9.5.

if you have a small dick thats -5 soooo...do the math.
 
I can eat whatever I want and stay pretty lean, put muscle on relatively easily, and anyone who's seen my legs/calves are envious, especially when I tell them I rarely work them (but I rode my bike and dh skiied a lot as a kid). I have thick looking abs when I get lean enough to see them well. When I get injured though I take a while to recover, probably cuz I'm a bit of an extremist and stubborn.

Overall I'd say I rate an 8.9

mass and strength id say like 7.5ish - decent enough

being lean id say a 5 - i hate cutting

genetics id say 7 for gaining mass, 4 for symmetry, 5 for being lean

my problem is my lack of committment,I wont deny it,id rather bust my balls in the gym so I can eat what I want and stay around 15-17% bf then bust my ass and then have to eat all clean and shit.

occasionally I cut,maybe once a year,but aslong as I go balls to the wall in the gym I dont get a gut, sure im not ripped but that doesnt matter to me
 
umm i have an awsome metablolizm.. i can eat anything...
lifting... i can lift large weight amouts for my size,..
but mass gain... ha!...takes me like 2-3 times the work... but when i gain i have wicked form and psyique...less the 6pak haha
attraction to women is like 7.5-8 i guess...
im a good lookin guy...just wish i had the genes to be able to gain more mass quicker
 
When I started lifting at 13 I thought I would become like Arnold by the time I was 20. Well, some 20 years later and trying everything known to man, I've come to this conclusion- I have the worst genetics for bodybuilding. For mass I rate about a 4. Strength is easier for me, lets say 6. For being lean if I eat right 8. No full muscle bellies. No peaked out biceps. No calves ( I think they're the same size as when I started when I was 13). I've built up from 130 up to 190 currently at 12% BF at 5'11". But because of my structure you can't really tell in my clothes I hit the gym with endless abandon. I've hit my freakin genetic peak and I barely look like a Calvin Kline model. I can only get up past this level with the help of good ol illegal sauce. Which of course I don't use anymore. Ummmm....was this more of an answer than you wanted to hear? hehe
 
I have shit for genes. Big bones, big joints, short limbs, wide hips, narrow shoulders. I gain fat easily and gain mass and strength not-so-easily. The only good thing about my frame is that I'm kind of barrel-chested, so no matter how fat I get my chest still sticks out farther than my gut.

I would say a 5. Maybe even a 4.
I kill myself in the gym, in the kitchen, everywhere yet I can't put on the size or have the leanness I desire. Looking at the many years of my own ass kicking, the results aren't worth it. It's truly depressing. I have bouts where I get depressed and feel like quiting, but it's more of hating myself for being delt the hand I was. I see guys in the gym way better looking than myself yet put half the effort.

this guy has been lifting for 6 years and that's it. Just lifting, not much of a diet and NO JUICE. He's 6'4" 220lbs 7% bf.

when i was a teenager, I had larger legs and really skinny arms and upper body....it's evened out with lifting, but I always kinda wished I was more balanced...

anyway, my body responds well to lifting, I can gain weight pretty easily, and keep the fat off. I'm probably a cobination ecto/mesomorph bodytype.

and i have very few health problems, am rarely sick.

i wish i could be stronger, some people are naturally very strong.

Well when you think of it there's no point in whining.....a sense of humor trumps everything, so think about that.

He's natural. That's the whole point. It would nice to believe he was a heavy juicer, that would put him on the human side. But he's not, he natural and inhuman. It's straight retarded that he goes around and lives a life of enjoyment and self-esteem and I go everyday since I was a kid of self criticism, insecurity, lonliness, the list goes on. My whole fucking life...

I fucking hate my genetics. My legs are too big. My arms are too small. I put fat on too easily. I cant stand my face, my head. Hate my torso to lowerbody ratio. Hate my chest. I cant stand my back. I have horrible symmetry. I'm a 2.
 
Physically, 6.5 out of 10. Been chubby since I was a teen. Turned to fat in mid twenties. Been working out since around 29 y.o.. Still became diabetic. Still fat. Build muscle not too bad after topping up low T. My whole mother's side all died prematurely from heart disease, diabetes, etc..
Everything else, 8 out of 10.
I'm relatively smart & have a decent sense of humour.

type 1 diabetic here. had it since I as a kid. DEFINITELY hinders my gains.
 
Hmmm....I'll break it down, or else it'll be tough for me to come up with numbers.

torso mass: 9 I can keep chest, shoulders, back, traps large with little effort

arms: 7.5 I have to work hard to keep them at 18.5 inches, and they only edge north of that on cycle.

quads/hams: 6.5 Get more strength than mass, but a little above average

calves: 8 They held at 17 inches during a stretch where I didn't work them for the better part of a year, and gained 1/2 inch in 6 weeks when I started working them before summer for 'shorts weather' Could easily get em to 18 or 18.5 if I cared to

staying lean: 5.5 I have to work hard, eat right, and take thermos to get cut
 
I'm a 7 at best. Not too bad considering my dad is 5'7" 150 lbs. Always been real lean though. My moms side's dad and his brothers were all over 6' with 2 over 7'. Guys were monsters. I ended up 6'1" and fluctuate between 245 and 260. I do eat pretty shitty htough. I'm sure with proper diet I could go much farther.
 
positives:

gain muscle easily
get much stronger quickly
excellent joints and stabilisers
broad shoulders and visible traps

negatives:

wide hips (hence good core strength)
wide joints (doesnt look as impressive...but far less prone to injury)
hold fat like a champion :(
forearms/calves disproportional (imo)

i could complain all day - about my height, propensity to hold fat etc etc etc...but i have a great immune system and a fairly strong body...one of the stronger natty trainers of my bodyweight around no doubt. its enough :)
 
Physically, I'm good peasant stock. I was a lean 200lbs in my late teens without even working out although that counts for less being 6'2".

I'll live until I'm around 100 and my best body part is my brain.
 
Once we beleive we have reach the farthest we can go and we put ourselves on a pedistal..These are the ppl i don't like

My opinion.. if u think your all that and so great, no reason for anyone else too..

I will always be working in it.. just as im sure everyone else is...

(can u tell i don'tlike ppl thatare high on themselves :worried: )

unfortunately, for a lot of people intelligence is what they seek AFTER they find someone attractive. But, those people are generally pretty shallow and stupid. Mind you I look for someone beautiful off the get go aswell, I am also just as eager to find someone smart at the same time as well.

There is what they call it multiple intelligence and it is important. First of all we all have the intelligences inside ourselves, however, not all of our intelligences are developed to the same level. For example it is important that we know how to express our smartness to the external world which is quite difefrent to the way we learn by asimilating the outside knowledge, skills and feelings. By the same token genetics are important because if you want to procreate then you want your offspring to be healthy most importantly...

What I mean is that when you look for a partner make sure she does not have any underlying ilnesses which may transfer to your children if you wish your future family to be healthy.
 
I probably have the worst on this board.. I have fought tooth and nail for 14 years .. drugs.. super consistent training .. great dieting.. Im only now starting to look "decent".

Of course my joints are all fucked up because my bones are so small. I was not meant to be a weight lifter to any degree.

Hmmmmmm. Never even considered that aspect. I wouldn't change who I have as a wife for the world. But maybe progeny should have been better thought out.

yeah, im a genius inside but i cant express my intelligence out, so everyone at school thinks im retarded and then accuse me of cheating when i get back the tests iv recently aced
 
Id say my genetics are decent, when I bulk up in the offseason I get to about 17%BF and my abs are blurry visible when tensing them. I seem not to store fat on my midsection much, it all goes to my ass and thighs, im kinda of like a woman. My waist gets pretty high about 36inches(6"1'), however because I have a wide back I hide it well.

Dieting for me, well I do no cardio and just drop my calories and seem to lose BF% quite rapidly and manage to put on small amount of muscle. That might be due to the fact I use AAS.
