How good is clen really at fat loss?

I've been on a cut for 2 months did one cycle of clen for 2 weeks and then two off and now I've started a second one. I've gone from 206 to 191 in that time and now at about, but I'm not sure if it's the clen or my diet. I eat extremely clean, however I don't do cardio. Managed to hit a couple PR's on my lifts though, so I'm not exactly getting weaker either which is good. I just want to get shredded already and it is quite frustrating.

No it doesn't you're right. In any case, how does my cycle look? My friend said I should switch from 2-on 2-off to 1-on 1-off and gave me this dosage.

Day 1 : 20mcg
Day 2-3: 40mcg
Day 4-5: 60mcg
Day 6-7: 80mcg

week off

Day 1 : 40mcg
Day 2-3: 60mcg
Day 4-5: 80mcg
Day 6-7: 100mcg
 
Dangerous drug that produces temporary results. It used to be debated quite a bit around here -- not so much anymore. Then again, some of those people are dead.

Well if it cuts fat then how is it temporary exactly? What would you recommend aside from diet + cardio?
 
Fats cells shrink they do not go away therefore if you do not change the behavior they will come back. You can get lipo which will pull out the fat cells. Anyhow I have tried multiple weight loss things and its diet. You really got to be point on. Great point here I have been trying everything running all the numbers spot on barely any movement. Then I realized I was taking in about 500 or more cals a day of coffee creamer. The serving size is so tiny it should be illegal to post. Now my no carb diet is working.

I believe my diet has been the largest factor in my fat loss with strength retention in the last 8 weeks or so, I'm just trying to figure out how good or if clen is at increasing fat lipolysis. I don't run a no carb diet though, or else I just feel like garbage. I tend to restrict my carbs to 100g > on non lifting days and anywhere from 150-100g on my heavier lifting days. It's worked so far. I will probably have to go less than that in up coming weeks, however.

Crazy how Nelson mentioned dead people and it was overlooked, still asked how temporary the results are! What a world we live in today. But I digress. I've done several rounds of Clen and I agree unless you continue the strict ass diet clen calls for well after doing it, you gain what you lost. Happened the first few times I did it. Definitely not the route you want to go if you're looking for long term results.

id say this really depends how much you loose, and how strict you are the rest of the year, i started at 100kgs 8 months ago, dropped down to 96 then did my first clen cycle which got me down to 90, and i stayed there for 4 months(untill now) and i started a new clen cycle now, so far down to 86(started at 25%+ BF last year, now im down to 15%ish)


you dont automaticly gain back what you loose with clen, ofc you would do so if ur diet is wack once you go off the clen, its all about kcal in vs kcal out :)

and needtogetaas how good is eph? i was thinking of dropping my currently clen cycle to 2 days on 2 days off in about 3weeks, and go 2 days on clen 2 days on eph, how much better is eph?
goal is 11% BF or lower by mid august:)
 
if your diet has went from bad to very good and u are exercising that would make u lose more bf% then clen or anything else..diet and exercise are far above anything else when it comes to losing bodyfat..

btw i hate clen. it toys with your heart and yes i have used clen many times.. matter of fact the last few times i used clen i felt like such shit, i didnt even want to excerise so it was counter productive ..never again

I hear ya. When I'm at a high dose and try to do cardio...I hop on the bike and grab the HR sensors and it's usually close to my peak, before I even start peddling lol. This last cycle is the highest and longest I ever ran it, about 4 weeks and the last few were spent at around 150mcg (per needto so hush)...and id literally be standing there in-between sets and my ENTIRE body esp legs would shake like no other. Kinda embarrassing lol I'm sure plenty thought I was on crack (unless they were members of EF then they'd know I was a clenhead not a crackhead lol)

i was getting nosebleeds and crazy headaches on clen.. i assume my blood pressure must have been insane ..

recently had a few friends have heart attacks in their late 3o's. 1 died .. im staying away from clen

Do you I've specific info? Like...were they taking too high of a dose at one time, or were they taking too high of a dose altogether...? That's crazy

no they werent taking clen that i know of lol.. just making a point that the heart is very delicate and not something to toy with..

You made it sound like these people had heart attacks and shit from clen. Well I feel...sheepish
 
To be honest, I love Clen for fatloss. It shreds my fat up like crazy. But, on the other hand, it is extremely bad for you. I can actually feel my heart hurting sometimes. It is something to think twice about.

I've made some really awesome progress thus far, in my opinion at least. I've dropped down to 189lbs sitting at about 12% bf. I know there are risks associated.. so I am being very careful. I really only want to do one more cycle to hopefully get myself down to 9%. I'm a very strict dieter so as long as there isn't some kind of weight gaining side effect I am unaware of I will stay lean after I get finished cutting.

I'm sorry to hear that.. That leads me to think I should probably get off the stuff.

I was drawn to originally because from the research I've read/word of mouth it's pretty good at burning fat + anti-catabolic. I've seen good results so far.. but I definitely don't want to damage my heart.

Wow, I've never felt anything like that.. I get shakes and cramps sometimes, but that is it. Never felt anything seriously wrong around those lines. How much were you able to lose on clen?
 
I'm looking at starting Clen after advice from my PT. I had a mild dose to try it out and got the shakes within an hour (no surprise there). I'm currently 106kg (233lbs) and sitting @ 29% bf. I'm looking to lose 6-9 kg naturally before starting Clen. Good idea or is there something else like GHRP-6 that would be more suitable? Age 20! :)

CLENBUTEROL has always been one of my favorite fat burners. I respond real well to it,,,of course with diet,cardio and weight training.
 
Could be dangerous bu5t no where close to DNP or LASIX...stay away from those two unless you are preparing for a top 2 or 3 position in the olympia...even then BEWARE!!!
