How fat do you have to be

A friend of mine went to a nutrition store to get on a 'program' .. yea one of those lose 10lbs in 10 days..

Anyway.. whatever floats your boat.

So the chick weights her takes her measurments and then does a 3 pt check on her.

This chick is 5'6 135lbs and was told she's 54% body fat ... when she called me and told me that I nearly choked.
