How effective would this routine be

Thanks, everyone, for responding to my first post. I have decided to take a full 2 weeks off. I need advice for when I start back. I am in college with little spare time, I was doing four days a week, but I just don't have time. Is three, full body workouts good if I want to gain weight. I was thinking something like this
Monday/Thurs/Saturday

Bench Press 3x8-10
Pull down 3x8-10
Squats 3x8-10
Shoulder Press 3x8-10
Curls 3x8-10
Pull ups 3xFailure
Dips 3xFailure

I would alternate exercises with each workout, like leg press instead of squats etc... Is this too much? too little? I am also going to begin cardio - is HIIT the best. I know it might be a little counterproductive, but I want to get into good shape as well as bulk up.
Thanks for any info.

Here are two good sites for workout routines bro. The routine you have listed might work fine as a maintenance routine, but I doubt you'd gain anything from it, unless you are just starting out lifting, which I'm assuming you are not. Not to mention that you(unless I missed something) have neglected Abs, Rear Delts, Calves, Low back/Spinal Erectors, Traps, and Neck. That's quite a bit to neglect. Anyhow, here are the sites...
