I go up to 2 grams a week on test. Truthfully, if I eat smart and train smart I will get more results out of 500mg a week than if I eat stupid and train stupid on 2 grams.
I have ran test at both 1000mg/wk and at 500mg/wk... the strength/size gains were identical... but the high doses caused me to be shut down HARD for a long time... and I got a LOT more bloated.
