How does your personal training differ when on cycle?

Just looking for the opinions of some people about how their training changes on cycle. I've always changed diet to a few more calories, etcetc, but in the past 3 cycles I've run, I haven't really changed up the training except for weight due to getting stronger.

My training is always intense - much more than anyone else in the gym, so intensity couldn't really be increased. Perhaps sets? Maybe hitting your body parts more often?

What do you do?
 
while on cycle.. i try to find the point where i am over training, then back down just a little from that point..
