How does whey protein work???

I can't tell you how it works but it is used because it is convenient and easily digested....(thus it is often used post workout when a quick absorption of the protein to begin recovery is a positive) it is not superior to steak, chicken, fish, turkey breast, etc. Real food wins every time. Any whey protein "magic" you read is just marketing hoopla.
