Tihs next cycle that im gonna go on sounds like this. tell me what u think or if i should change anything.

Week 1-8, Ana 750 mgs a week
Week 1-8, Sust 500mgs a week
Week 8-16 Winny 50 mgs eod
Week 16-19 Clomid
Anti- E's on hand during cycle, or should i take proviron throughout cycle to keep water retention down??? Thanks for the help, Kev

Whether or not you take proviron to keep water retention down is just a personal decision on your part. Do "you" want to keep it down? We can't decide that for you. Personally, I couldn't give a rats ass if I retain some water during a cycle, but that's just me. Next, you are taking sust and anat together? Why? And are you really going to take clomid for weeks 16, 17, 18, and 19? Shit, I only use clomid for 10-14 days after a cycle.
