How does this pre-contest diet and cycle look-

I still have 23 weeks till my show, but the guy who's doing my diet suggested that I clean my diet up now-I'm 289 lbs. 5'11" with about 14-15% BF-here's what I've been eating and taking the past few days-

meal 1--50 grams of whey w/ water
1 cup of oatmeal
meal 2--6-9 oz of tuna
1 1/2 cups of rice
meal 3--8-10 oz of fish
1 1/2 cups of potatoes or rice
meal 4--same as meal 3 but w/ chicken
meal 5--50 grams of whey w/ water
meal 6--50 grams of whey and carbs (post-workout)
meal 7--8-10 oz of lean steak or chicken or fish
a lot of veggies
meal 8--50 grams of whey and some cashews or peanuts

I still use some sauces with my meat but will cut it out later-NO dairy or breads-I have a couple cheat MEALS (not days) per week-I lost a LOT of water the first 2 days on this diet and I already feel tighter, here's what I'm taking

1000-1500 mgs of sustenon or cyp per week
40-50 mgs of d-bol ED
100 mgs of fina ED
50 mgs of winny EOD
20 mgs of nolvadex ED

I will switch to deca, cyp, and AD after 6 weeks of this so I can go back on the fina and winny-I start my GH 14 weeks out at 3-5 IUs ED-please give me your input pn this info-thanx-G-DOGG
 
Whats up bro.

As far as diet goes:
It looks good but cut the rice out. Just go with red potatoes. It will have you hold less water. Rice makes you hold alot of water.

As far as gear goes:
Looks very good. Smart to take a break from the fina for a bit. It will hit harder when u get back on it come showtime.

I would also tapper the Nolvadex down now so u don't get a rebound effect and switch to arimidex. Just my personal experience. Only u know your own body.
