As for the l-dex I think .5mg EOD would probably be enough when you aren't on the d-bol, I'd use .5mg ED while on the d-bol though. But you might need to keep it that high for the rest of the cycle, it's pretty individual. If you feel really bloated bump it up and see if it helps, if you don't need more, leave it at .5mg EOD.
The only thing that I see is that the EQ which is pretty long lasting, runs right up to the end of your cycle, so you're gonna have to run your clomid for a loong time like 4-5 weeks if you start it right after you go off. Or you could wait 2 weeks to start your clomid then run it for 3.
You know we can't predict gains, to many variables. Your gains are gonna depend on how good (much) you eat and train.
