I am 5'9 and 187 pounds right now I figure Im about 7-8% bf bc I have solid abs and veins in my calves. Im looking to get down to around 5 % bf but its getting tough right now. Im taking 30mg oral winny a day and 50mg prop a day along with 6 pills of 500mg ALA spread out before each meal. Heres my diet
7 am- Meal replacement and oatmeal
10 am- Protein Bar
1 pm- Grilled chicken salad
4 pm- Tuna on 1 slice whole wheat bread
5:30-Lift, run sprints
7:30- Whey shake with 30 mg high GI carbs
8- chicken and vegaetables.
On Sat morning I do 30 min light cardio on an empty stomach and I run sprints for football mon-fri. Any suggestions?
