How does this cycle look

This is the cycle I have been planning on starting. I would like your thoughts, opinions, and recommendations.

wk 1-10 - 500mg Test C (250mg twice a week)
wk 1-10 - HCG - 500iu every 5 days
wk 1-10 - Arimdex 0.5mg EOD
wk 1-10 -
Proviron at 50mg ED (25mg morning – 25mg evening)
PCT (start two weeks after last Test C pin)
wk 12-15 Nolva - 40/30/20
wk 12-15 Clomid - 100/50/50

okay, first your body fat is too high to run any sort of cycle... you need to get that shit down before you run this cycle bro... it needs to be down under 15% and then your good to go...

okay... your test dosage is spot on, i like that... i would run test c for 12 weeks though man... 10 is okay but 12 is going to be optimal... hcg needs to be dosed 250 iu's twice a week...
arimidex dosing is good... proviron dosage is good but i wouldnt run it more than 8 weeks...

your pct is the most concerning... take the nolva right to the toilet... take a shit and then wipe with the nolva because that's all its good for... lose it!

your clomid dosage is way too high... run it 25/12.5/12.5/12.5... also use the unleashed/post cycle combo and forma stanzol...

No...no...no, PCT is 4 weeks, Nolva sucks, and Clomid too high. Look into my eyes...PCT and cycle support most important aspect of any cycle, why you ask? It dictates your PCT and recovery success. Listen to Dylan above, Unleashed/Post Cycle, Forma, low dose Clomid, and you will be pumping in no time.

Oh and for a treat for yourself, grab a tub of Powerchews D-test, helps boost testosterone and taste like sweetarts! They kick ass bro for a D-Aspartic Acid supplement...my shameless plug :D.

lolll but its not a shameless plug because they are fucking great... boost your test and get a treat... i was seriously lagging on trying the power chews but they are fucking great!
 
Agree entirely with Dylan. My first run with test and my bf% was about 18%.
Hard to judge gains if water, bloat,fat and muscle.
I wish I did more research on pct as I went down the nolva and clomid path at doses similar to yours.
Felt like crap, hated going to the gym wanted to quit. End result was I lost most of my gains cos I hated gym, diet, loss of strength.
Now I have seen the light thanks to EF, bf is around 12% but I want it lower and I'll do another run of test with the correct pct Dylan and others on this site recommend.
The end result will be worth it this time round
 
Start arimidex after the first 2 weeks, nolva isn't needed. Add post cycle/unleashed to your pct. do all this after you drop your body fat though it's too high to be running a cycle

these are all good points and also, when your body fat is higher you are at a much higher risk of estrogen conversion... this is not a good thing... your bp is also more at risk... i could go on and on and on...
