Sorry I meants 185 pounds* i work out for a while so i know mostly what i'm doing and i eat fine like 2000-2500 calories a day and i can bench 215 and I've never used steroids before. I think im mostly at my max physique. I read online about the types of steroids and the items for the PCT so i made this chart and wanted to know if following that would help me keep my gains after the cycle and also avoid side effects.
