How does this 3-weeker sound?

weeks 1-3:

200mg Test Prop Transdermal ED
300mg Primobolan Depot
5g Micronized Creatine 3x ED

Diet:
250g Protein ED

Training:
HST week 5 (second week of 5's in week 1, going to negatives for weeks 2 and 3)
 
Three weeks is way too short.
 
Just want to add:

The test prop is in powder form now. It was pretty damn cheap. I like transdermal use because I can avoid scar tissue.
 
I say it looks pretty good but you can afford to up the protein even further.

Train like a an animal and I bet you'll make a nice solid gain of 7-8 pounds.
 
300g protein.

Primo depot stays in the system for 2 weeks (being an enanthate). Primo will surpress endogenous testosterone production.

Considering the above, it might be better to keep the test prop for another week but cut it down to 100mg ED (transdermal) on the last week.

so I'd have

Weeks 1-3
200mg Test Prop Transdermal ED
300mg Primobolan Depot
5g Micronized Creatine 3x ED

Week 4
100mg Test Prop Transdermal ED
5g Micronized Creatine 3x ED


Taking an anti-aromatase as needed, of course.

Singleton, unless you're a giant, I'm willing to bet you could drop your protein intake and do just as well - if not better.
 
I've tried 250 Test Prop Transdermal ED and it didn't seem to do much for me. All the Prop did was lean me out and add 5 pounds of muscle for 5 weeks.
I've read some were that trans test has a really high conversion to DHT and I believe it. It seemed to add no mass but burn fat and add a little muscle like a DHT or DHT derivative steroid.
I hate to say it but use 4-AD if your going the tansdermal route it works better.
 
Badbart, I could find no evidenciary support for your claim in a search (google, then pubmed).

Transdermal test is being used as a perscription cream for women with low libido.


The closest thing I could find to your claim was this study on transdermal testosterone in rats:
Skin permeation of testosterone and its ester derivatives in rats.

However, in the skin homogenate and the dermis-side extract testosterone propionate rapidly degraded producing testosterone, implying that testosterone propionate rapidly degraded to testosterone during the skin permeation process.

I don't know about 1,4AD, however given this evidenciary support, I think that transdermal test prop will work.

The disadvantage of transdermal is that I would not know how much is absorbed. If the sides of 200mg ED bug me, then I can cut back.
 
I'll use avant gel + everclear & DMSO.

Why everclear? From the study:

The results showed that the skin permeation rate of testosterone and its ester derivatives was maximized when these compounds were saturated in a 70% ethanolic solution. It was also found that a log P value of around 3 is suitable for the skin permeation of testosterone related compounds.

So I'll add the everclear. DMSO is a well-known carrier.

I already have some avant gel, but it's got that 1-test shit in it. If I do 2 sqirts/day, though, I won't get much 1-test --probably not enough to give me any side effects (that's about all I got out of it).

Argh. What an unfounded statement. I eat like an animal (2x BW g protein) and I'm natural. If I were juicing I'd eat ridiculous amounts of food to take advantage of it.
