No, she was actually questioning his HUMANITY and not his manhood, two completely different things. If he had bewbs the take would have been the same.

I am still waiting to hear peoples' take on the fact that this judge was removed from the bench for misconduct. I mean, what are the chances in light of THAT FACT that *maybe*.... just MAYBE I wasn't making shit up?

'Course Plunkey did prove that a hater is gonna hate and spread venom regardless of what the facts prove - sorta like what the judge did. Only the difference is that a judge SHOULD know better but apparently he didn't.

Not so well.....I've been staying with a friend for the past 3 weeks....seeing my son on the weekends for now......but if i do get divorced i want 50/50.....no way i could go less than that

There are good parents EVERYWHERE getting straight up FUCKED and this = KIDS GETTING MORE FUCKED.

I was in the state of NJ...

I never broke the law, didn't abuse drugs/alcohol... didnt do shit. Even yielded physical custody to my ex and gave him ALL the fukkin money... so now what? People like Plunkey have no issue pointing out that after near 3 years of nasty court room bullshit I gave my ex fuckingthing (including physical custody) to spare the children harm.... to stop the fighting as I promised my girls. And for this I got what?.... called a WHORE who abandoned her kids.... (Plunkey was kind LOL didn't use the Whore word THIS time).

Bottom line is this.... the family court system doesnt give a fat rat's ass what is in the best interest of the children but only sees dollar signs when it comes to disgruntled ex's...

The children ALWAYS pay the price no matter WHO wins.

There has to be SOME WAY to fix this!

Actually what most people don't realize is that the courts giving a man custody of the kids is nearly always a last resort effort.

If a woman is deemed to be unfit as a mother the very first thing the courts will do before even considering the father for custody is to try to give the mother the tools that she needs to become a good mother. 'Rehab for Mommies' if you will. Often at the kids expense.
