What "rap" are you referring to? You do know that Vanilla Ice is not considered a "rapper" right? Just wondering.

No. It's for gaining size slowly w/o water retention. And just like all AAS it will increase your recovery ability. You will get some strength gain, but that's not the main reason people use it.

My favorite cycle is primo/anavar. The anavar gives you the strength gain and the primo provides the size. Great cycle for QUALITY muscle that is very keepable.
