How does platinum chat work???

Half the time it shows people as in the room, but they don't have the window open. I know it's blocked by my firewall here at work, but I don't even bother getting on it at home because there's never anyone there.

All Platinum members need to use this resource. It works great! I see all htese people there but hardly anyone participates. Just open the window and you can chat with everyone.

It works just fine now, its been fixed for a while. There is a 50 user limit I believe.

The key is to click on the name of the person you want to talk to, as a lot of people keep it minimized or even close the window. Even if its closed and you see their name you can chat with them.

Its a great feature and its working well.
