How does my cycle look bros?

Stats: 23yrs, 190 pounds, 9% bf, 6ft tall. 4 cycles in past
my cycle will look like this

Sus 500mg Wk 1-10
deca 250mg Wk 1-8
eq 600mg Wk 1-10
dbol 30mg ED Wk 1-4

hcg 250iu E4D Wk 1-9
Bromo 2.5mg ED Wk 1- 10

PCT

Nolvadex Wk 1-2 40mg/ Wk 3-4 20mg
Sustain Alpha Wk 1-3
Unleashed Wk 1-4


Also i will have Arimidex on hand, i am not sensitive to estrogen and will not have a problem with sides but will take it if i get excessive water retention.
 
well you certainly you did your home work

get huge and eat clean carbs, proteins, and Lift Smart not more:)

Drop the Nolva, and use Exemestane instead in your PCT

I wouldnt bother with the Deca...but it looks like you're probably using it for joint purposes. At that low of dosage you probably wouldnt want to deal with the side effects of bromocriptine - they suck, its like having a head cold the whole time you're on it.

Personally I'd go 12 weeks with injectables, then come off with winny or dbol weeks 12-14 then start PCT immediately - that would be my preference though.
 
Two more wks would be awesome for the EQ to take hold mate, and ditto on the nolva .

Given those stats, I'd be more curious to see your diet and training.


I think you're doing something wrong...and it's not the steroids.

I've seen a lot of personal trainers who don't know what they're doing.

So you're trying to stay small?

Why cycle then? You could be 190 or 205 natural, and your girl won't know the difference.

Your quick to critise arent you buddy! Without asking my starting weight or what my past crappy cycles happen to be, or mistakes i made with pct or diet and have i learnt from them??

I dont have to explain myself to you or anyone for that matter. I havent got bigorexia i want to look good not abnormaly big so people point at me when i walk down the street and say to there buddy "hey look at that roid muncher hahaha"

Didnt you listen to your parents when they told you if you havent got anything nice to say dont say anything at all

You're the one asking for advice. I'm just trying to help you save some money and take less risks with your health and illegal substances. Seriously, you could do what you've been doing easily without steroids.

As for your starting weight, I assume it was less than 190 when you did your first cycle? Even at 190, I'd still tell you that you can gain even more naturally (barring some sort of disease that would otherwise prevent it). Mistakes with diet? Well, yeah, that's what I'm betting on. I said I'd be curious to see your diet and training.

Its just personal preference really i dont care what my girl thinks, I wouldnt want to get above 210 and i dont care who you are thats not small and its very achievable with the cycle i have planned. Fyi I was 150 when i did my first cycle. Thanks for the advice

you know, some people *cough*gladiator*cough* even pay $100 and buy a "certificate" online and start going to work "training" people immediately!

Of course then they go on our training forum to ask the rest of us how they should train their clients.

Not referring to you at all downunder...or all the other legit trainers.

6' at 205 is not big its atheletic

example lebron james is 6'6 245-255 not big atheletic

dwights howard is a 6'11 listed at 265 all the NBA commentators say he is huge.. he is huge in the nba but not in the "fitness/bodybuilding world etv)

if your going for a hawt six pack then yea

so maybe you want to look? atheltic?

I dont know where your from but i did my diploma of fitness for 18 months and now am at university studying exercise sciecce so maybe i have a clue huh

Its dif in the US mate , my wife did hers in Melb and needed a science degree , i did mine in the stats and finished in 6 month with no degree and also did nutrition

Yeah i guess your right in the bodybuilding world i would be classified as 'small' but to the general public may some say its big. Weight on the scales isnt what entirely drives me at the gym, i train to look and most importanly feel good. I dont think i have the genetics to be a 300 pound monster with 2% bf so im going to work with what i've got and as long as i feel good and the girls are calling me handsome im happy :D
 
your cycle looks ok as a cycle. i think you are wasting your money and health running a cycle. you obvouslt dont need it to reach your goals. you need to work on your diet.

Thats you opinion and your entitled to that i think its worth every cent, my body has made a transformation and im in great health, i have regular check ups and blood tests with my doctor and i have never looked or felt better regardless if i could have done it alot slower and natural im here now and i'm happy. i have spent some time over at the diet forum and intend to put into practise some of the methods you use, i am educated in nutrition for the general population and every tom dick and harry who wants to eat healthy and live long lives and people with moderate risk diseases. diabetes etc but have never studied bodybuilding nutrition so this site is a great tool for me to learn and expand my knowledge and use it with my own training.
