how does karma work?

just wondering i never noticed it before but now i have like 12 points lol..i know thats nuthin but it got me askin how does one give out karma and who can do that? just mods? olympians?

actually it has already lost most of its appeal and is basically worthless, if you want to give someone karma just click on the little button below their post (looks like yin/yang symbol and says karma). You can then give good or bad karma, but no one really cares.

anyone know how much you have to spread out before giving it to the same person again?
