How do you work back on D-bol?? - ooouch!!

I'm on 80mg's of D-bol ed right and I couldn't make it through a back workout. I was done by my third set of deadlifts. How do workout back when you're on D-bol?? The pumps are insanely painful!
 
Skip the deads and up the dose of dbol. This way you dont have to worry about getting the most out of your workout by doing deads, just let the extra 20mgs do there work. ..........Or you could just gut it out and think to yourself that there are people fighting illnesses such as AIDS, CANCER and so on and quit whining about not being able to handle the pumps..........Im not being as ass btw, just trying to inspire......................galaxy

I'll just do weighted pull-ups and rows.
 
Damn! guys! Yall ever heard of milk thistle ? run it thruout the day from 500 mg on up that will keep the pain at bay!
aint no sense of going thru shit like that !

Seeing a chiropractor gets me thru the worst of the back pain on D-bol. And YES I am one of those guys fighting off AIDS, so 'back' in the gym for me. Alan.

:confused: MT didn't do anything for me as far as intense pumps and pain.

DON'T skip deads.......just stretch out your lower back between sets.....superman's help.....loos goofy, but they help.......try heavier weight less reps.......I can't physically do more than 6-8 reps on that amount of bol...........:D

You might not have had the standardized Extract!I'm using Lindberg Milk Thistle...available at nutrition Express-and it works wonders!!!

Radar I am also wondering how milk thistle will help with the pumps. I think that 1 cc of liquidex per day will help you, it cuts down on the water retention, thusly reducing the pumps you are complaining about while also making you less watery and bloated looking.
 
pumps were bad for me...coudn't even run or lightly job , or masterbate standing up..lol..seroiusly, next time I hit dbol, I'll just concentrate on Rows and pull downs...and I could only run it for about 4 weeks..i don't know if i could handle the pumps on 6 weeks..
 
This is how I would do it

Start light withthe movement that stress your lowerback the least

Back

Chins
seated pulldowns narrow grip
Pulldowns reverse grip

The either Rows or Deads.

For back I like the "Cormier" deads a lot better. You do the deads just below your ´knees then up again.

Chest: No problems with backpain

Hams

Start with seated or lying legcurl. I often did lying 5sets, 12-15reps, then one leg stnding legcurl, then as the last movement I did SLDL and went for a little higher reps.

Quads

Legext. 5sets 10reps
One leg legpress
Legext 3 sets 20reps
Squats in smith or frontsquats or f you can the orignal.


Doing it this way the stress on your lower back will be mnimal until te last mmovement.

I tried starting my quadworkout with squats but had to leave the gym after just 2 heavy sets.. All I can say never again.

I stumbled across this about a year ago,maybe its not "pumps" but it pain I even had to stop when picking up limbs that had fallen in the yard! However after discovering this....i ran a test on 7 members at my gym who were also complaining of the pain...those dosages mentioned stopped it in every singled one!!! Now none of us will not do a cycle without it!!!
Gather your own conclusions!
