Well i'm following this routine exactly for the next month http://www.dolfzine.com/page391.htm
it's a rotator cuff rehab and it says to train the neck but it doesnt say how. What exercises are making your neck grow so much?
Well I know of a method that can be used to train your neck without a harness and it basically consists of laying your head over a bench, putting a towel on your head, placing the weight on the towel and peforming various neck movements. I don't know exactly how safe this type of training is especically for the neck, so just take it easy. But as others have said, your neck should be coming along just fine from indirect work (well theoretically atleast..... I still think I had a pencil neck when I was deadlifting over 500lbs )
If you do a search in the Training board for "bridges," you'll get quite a bit of information. There have been quite a few threads on the subject in the past.
I'm a big believer in neck training. But I'm fortunate that my gym has a neck machine. It's amazing how strong your neck can get on one of those things.
