How do YOU take Liquidex?

I just leave my 18 guage right next to it.I draw up 1/4cc(1mg),squirt it in my mouth,swallow.Done for the day,muscles hard as hell,lol.

I do the same thing as Huck. Gotta say, it does increase muscle hardness.

If you use an insulin syringe or a 1 cc syringe and remove and reattach a 18 G needle, it makes it real easy to measure. Dont worry about replacing the needle each time, since you are taking it orally, sterility isnt SUPER important so long as you keep it clean and recap the syringe.

for 1 mg Arimidex, 1/4 ml of Liquidex, measure 12 drops.

for 1/2 mg of Arimidex, 1/8 ml of Liquidex, measure 6 drops.

for 1/4 mg of Arimidex, 1/16 ml of Liquidex, measure 3 drops.

Ok I found it:

This is actually dead on accurate. This week while I was drawing out my Liquidex to put in my PediaCare bottle - I'd pull out 3cc's of the Liquidex and shoot it in the empty PediaCare bottle counting out the drops. It came out to be just shy of 150 drops which equals 12 drops per 1/4ml.

However, when you put it in the Pedia Care bottle it is no longer 12 drops as the dropper dispenses larger drops than the 18gauge needle does. So I just fill it to about half of the .4ml mark for 1mg.
