S Stan O'Zolol New member May 28, 2001 #2 .2mg = 200mcg This is too much to take - especially at once. You would normally start at about .04 or .06 mg (40-60mcg) and work your way up to about .120 or .140 mg (120-140mcg). Before you take anything, make sure I got the math right!!!
