How do you spell Golddigger?

I would definitely decapitate this bitch

If she didn't fully disclose her assets it really could void the entire pre-nup. However, it doesn't really say the content of the pre-nup and then if the judge has to decide, there is no telling what he/she will decide is fair and equitable division of property.

But her not dislosing some of her assets wouldn't void the elements of the prenup that protected him.

Now if *he* had hidden assets and knowingly signed an erroneous prenup he could lose some or all of his protection.

Makes me think back to the guy who used his wife's wedding ring as consideration in their pre-nup. Turned-out the ring was CZ, hence fraud had been committed and the prenup void :P

We never studied a case with a CZ ring...lol. That is too funny.

Well, if there is a clause that says that if one of the paragraphs is void then the others remain, then the judge may not throw out the entire thing.

My experience in my jurisdiction is that the judges either throw them out or they don't. They don't take them piecemeal.

seriously, why do guys even bother getting married? the worst contract you can ever sign in your life.

Because some times it's worth it. You don't get that once in a lifetime chance very often. I would only marry again if I knew I was crazy about the woman.
