How do you measure penis width?

Width, Girth, Thickness, whatever you call it, how do you measure it?

I've never measured my girth. I guess you could measure the circumferance with a roll tape. Anyone have an answer on this?

I suppose you could do a simple calculation. Circumference divided by 3.141 would give you the diameter/width.

You use a "sewing tape" measure. I believe you record the thickest area...well I do at least.
