I use a shaker cup, milk and whey upon waking 30 mins before breakfast... post workout I add 50g dextrose to my 40g whey, and creatine but I switch to water for faster absorbtion.
I use whey and oatmeal alot of times for breakfast and just mix it up. During the day I take a multiblend and at night I have another multi that digests slower while I sleep. And I purchase all my stuff through True Protein.
