how do you live with someone that has SEVERE bi-polar disorder?

Orb, I put up with that for a year, and I had to dump her since she wouldn't take meds for it. It will drive you nutts.

Well, I feel for you bro. I've been there. She didn't live with me, but she got an apt 100 feet from mine after we started dating, so she might as well have been. I stayed the night there 3-5 times a week anyway.

I've been there too....it's tough bro. Instead of running away from it, I embraced it and tried to learn as much as I can about the condition. There are times when it is hard to believe that the afflicted are actually mentally ill.

I went our w/ a girl who was delusional. (I'm not just saying she was a crazy bitch. Her family had begged her for yrs to get help.) She made my life a living hell. I grew to hate her. But, she would make me feel so guilty bc she needed me. (Iknow I was a pussy) Anyways, it got so bad w/her I had to move myself, my business, and breakoff all contact w/anyone I knew from my hometown. She almost destroyed me and I still havn't fully recovered.

She finally got on some serious med's, had a kid, got married and is happy.

So, my advice is to get out before its too late. I wish I would have.
