How do you like your egg's ? I personally hardboil 40 of them a week lol.... just for the egg whites, it's quick, easy and ready when you need them.

I saute some onion in olive oil, then add eggs, milk and cheddar cheese, green peppers and mushrooms. Put some paprika and tobassco on it, and maybe some pepper.

I LOVE scrambled eggs with sharp chadder cheese.... mmmmmmmmm

Microwaved. Seperate yolk, spray pam into bowl, add 6 egg whites, microwave for 1 min at first, then 30 sec intervals until done. Makes one big egg white. Great for a sandwich.
