Patron is honestly one of the worst tequilas I've ever had (besides bottom shelf shit like cuervo). It tastes like chemicals with that fake agave flavoring.

I agree that Patron's popularity is due more to marketing than anything but I've always found the Patron Silver to be highly drinkable.

I like the Cabo Wabo Tequila and Sauza Hornitos as well.

Trago, Don Julio and Cabo Wabo are all in the same price range, and much more drinkable in my opinion.

Patron is for wiggers and hood rat skanks that watch too much rap videos.
