SoreArms New member Feb 6, 2004 #3 I was spent yesterday, recharged, hit one person today and am spent again. What up with that?
Lumberg New member Feb 6, 2004 #4 it's on a hit-for-hit basis. let's say you hit one persona minute between noon and 12:07 yesterday. Today at noon you will have recharged from the first hit by 12:01 you will have recharged from the second hit etc.
