How do you know if your AI is working?

I've been running aromasin at 12.5 EOD sense week three. How do I know if it's working or not?

No and no... Some water retention in my face though... Libido is good but not crazy. But I am quite a bit
More emotional than normal

With aromasin I had hot flushes soon after taking tablet, really bad. Never took it prior to training. Also, after awhile I'm sure it dried my joints out, particularly my elbows.

I always you adex now. Aromasin too expensive and the hot flushes put me off.

I'm using aromasin from chemical need. I had a bad reaction to Arimidex whn I took it. No hot flashes or anything like that. I don't even notice when I take it

Ok. Mine was tablet form. Cost a pretty penny. Not sure about liquid stuff to be honest.

The liquid is very unstable. I wouldn't trust it.

I use an AI because I'm prone to gyno, I know mine is working because my nipples aren't itchy...

you should not have any bloat at all with aromasin... you should get the hot flashes and dry out a lot... if your not then i would definitely be looking for some new aromasin...
